Located in Kentish Town, Camden Film Quarter is a landmark development by Yoo Capital creating a new hub for film and creativity in Central London.

Designed by Award Winning Architect SPPARC and developed with Oxygen Studios and leading global partners, the project builds on Camden’s cultural legacy in music, art and film while reinforcing its role as a global creative centre.

The development will deliver 485 new homes, half of them affordable, alongside a major new creative hub with film studios, workspaces, visitor attractions, a community cinema, and green space. Expected to create more than 5,000 jobs, the scheme will also provide training facilities for students from the National Film and Television School and London Screen Academy, with improved walking and cycling links including a proposed bridge to Hampstead Heath.
