Andrew O'Rourke
A Chartered Engineer and Chartered Water and Environmental manager Andrew is a co-founder of Cube and has experience in a variety of world leading firms specialising in Flood Risk, Drainage and Highway Design. Andrew puts technical excellence and sustainability at the heart of his designs while working hard to provide optimised solutions which exceed client requirements.
Andrew Prior
Andrew is a Co-founder of Cube and has over 20 years of Engineering experience working in both private and public sectors for water companies, developers and consultancies. Andrew has developed expertise by working on a wide variety of projects and sectors both in the UK and overseas, including aviation, residential, high rise, commercial, public sector and masterplans.
Cillian Ryan
Cillian is a Co-founder of Cube and has worked in the Engineering industry for more than 15 years in both the consultancy side and construction side. Having worked in both sectors Cillian has a gained wealth of experience in a wide range of sectors both in the UK and Internationally including Masterplanning, high rise, industrial, logistics, commercial, education and housing. Cillian is also a Chartered Engineer and Chartered Water and Environmental manager.
James Stynes
James is a Structural Engineer with over 7 years’ experience on both UK and international projects. His experience spans large high-rise residential developments to bespoke works such as historic refurbishments and modular construction in seismic zones. With a strong analytical foundation, James combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of the design and construction process. He places a consistent emphasis on sustainability throughout all design phases, ensuring delivery of innovative and practical solutions aligned with the client’s vision.
Howard Richardson
Howard is a Chartered Structural engineer who has over 12 years of experience working as a consultant in the UK and overseas. He is a Chartered Member of the IStructE and has extensive experience, overseeing projects from conception to completion within the heritage, high-end domestic, arts, temporary and commercial residential sectors. Howard enjoys working closely with clients, Architects to find structural solutions which can complement and enhance the architectural vision for a project.

Peter Koch
Peter is a Chartered Landscape Architect who has over 19 years of experience working within some of the UK’s leading landscape practices to deliver projects for both public and private sector clients. He is adept at managing large-scale design projects, and developing sustainable and innovative design solutions, whilst fostering strong client relationships. Peter currently leads the landscape service delivery within Cube.
