The vision for the Wandsworth Gasworks development is bold and innovative. The masterplan aims to rejuvenate the former gasholder site by creating new homes, with 41% designated as affordable housing, alongside dynamic workspaces and extensive new public space. A key feature will be a serene new riverside park, offering 150 metres of newly accessible River Wandle and a bridge completing the Wandle Trail.

Embracing Wandsworth’s rich musical and cultural legacy, the masterplan includes a new music campus designed to attract state-of-the-art rehearsal, performance, and recording facilities.
The development also seeks to revitalise the area by opening up the railway arches, encouraging a vibrant atmosphere with a variety of inviting cafes, restaurants, and shops. The aim is to establish a dynamic and bustling environment that hums with energy and vitality.
